The Harvest Model
In The Harvest model—Connection, Discipleship, Mission—each stage represents a vital part of the journey, guiding every person from being a visitor to becoming an active laborer in God’s harvest. Starting with Connection, we welcome people into fellowship, then move into Discipleship, where growth in Christ takes root and prepares each person for Mission—the calling to reach others and spread the Gospel.
However, this journey doesn’t end with Mission. As laborers, we embrace a lifelong commitment to discipleship—constantly learning, deepening our faith, and cultivating spiritual growth both in ourselves and in those we reach. This ongoing cycle of planting, cultivating, and harvesting empowers us to build God’s Kingdom continuously. Together, we grow in grace and knowledge, ready to guide others on the same path and expand the harvest, one soul at a time.
Connection
Connection is where seeds are planted. As visitors come to The Harvest, they’re warmly welcomed. Once they decide to embrace the family they are given a place to put down roots. This stage represents the beginning of spiritual growth, where each person can experience God’s love through community and friendship. Through fellowship gatherings, small groups, and shared experiences, we plant seeds that will grow into a strong, fruitful faith. Connection is the foundation for growth, as visitors become members and are prepared for deeper discipleship.
Discipleship
In the Discipleship stage, members are invited to be cultivated as laborers in the harvest. This stage involves nurturing and growing in Christ as members move from being observers to active participants in their spiritual journey. Through Bible studies, mentorship, and teaching, discipleship is where people are equipped and cultivated to bear fruit. In this stage, each person is encouraged to tend to their faith, develop their gifts, and deepen their relationship with God, growing into a disciple prepared for the work of the Kingdom.
Mission
The Mission stage is where we become laborers in the field, stepping out to reap the harvest. Equipped with the knowledge, faith, and purpose gained through discipleship, members are now ready to serve and share the Gospel. This stage is all about going out into the fields—whether in our local community or around the world—to bring in the harvest, one soul at a time. As laborers, we spread the love of Christ, help others find their place in the Kingdom, and fulfill the Great Commission to bring more people into God’s family.

FirstFruits (5K – 4th Grade)
Helping Young Hearts Grow in Faith
FirstFruits is our children’s ministry, where kids from kindergarten to 4th grade experience the love of Christ in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Through interactive lessons, worship, and activities, we plant seeds of faith and cultivate a love for God that will grow as they do. At FirstFruits, we believe in nurturing young hearts, setting a strong foundation for a lifelong journey with Jesus.
4:12 (5th Grade – 12th Grade)
Empowering Youth to Lead by Example
4:12, inspired by 1 Timothy 4:12, is our youth ministry for 5th through 12th graders. Here, students are encouraged to grow in their relationship with God and become positive examples in their schools, homes, and communities. Through relevant teachings, small group discussions, and activities, they’ll build strong friendships, strengthen their faith, and learn how to navigate life with courage and integrity. 4:12 is a place to belong, grow, and make a difference.
HIYA (Harvesting In Young Adulthood) (Ages 18 – 25)
Embracing Life, Growing Faith, and Making an Impact
HIYA is a vibrant community for young adults ages 18 to 25 who are ready to take their faith to the next level. Standing for Harvesting In Young Adulthood, HIYA represents the journey of living fully in Christ, growing deeper in faith, and becoming laborers in God’s Kingdom. Through meaningful gatherings, service opportunities, and real conversations, HIYA empowers young adults to live out their calling, connect with others, and make a lasting impact in the world.
